For bespoke orders we generally provide a lead time of between 6-8 weeks, as this is roughly the time it takes, from order, to completion, however this can and sometimes does vary.

Lead times may differ depending on a variety of factors such as: The size of the order, order complexity and material availability. However we endeavor to keep our lead times as short as possible.

We can offer delivery for most of the custom orders we take.

Delivery is typically free for customers located in the North West of England.

Delivery charges (If applicable) will be discussed with you before you place your custom order.

Yes, for any bespoke order undertaken, we require a minimum of a 50% deposit.

For bespoke pieces, delivery can take between 2-10 business days. However we will be inconstant contact with you to arrange delivery.

This means if a date and time can be agreed before the order is due to complete, we can have the item delivered to you on the agreed date and time.

Unfortunately, built in projects such as wardrobes and kitchen units are not within the services that we provide at this time.
