Upon receiving your enquiry we may try to ascertain more details about your order. The more details you can provide in your first enquiry the faster we can get the process moving forward,

For example: Dimensions, style, material choice and any colours/finishes.

Once all of the important information has been ascertained and all parties are happy with the design choices we will confirm this with you.

We may possibly discuss a site visit to meet in person to discuss the job and measure up. (Service only available locally)

Upon confirmation of all details and information regarding your order, we will provide you with an approximate price for your order.

This price will typically be within a ± £200 range of the final price quoted to you.

Please note this approximate price may not need to be provided if you can provide enough information in your initial enquiry.

If the initial information is detailed enough we may be able to provide an accurate quote straight away.

We can provide a 3D rendering of your order in the sketchup app,this can sometimes help customers visualize their project before it is made which can be very helpful when ordering bespoke items due to their unique nature.

We will charge a fee of £70 for each Sketchup file created, payable before the file is started.

Once you have confirmed that the approximate price is within your budget and you would like to receive an accurate quotation we will get to work on providing this straight away.

You will typically receive this quote within 2 days of your request, all quotes will be sent via email.

Upon receiving your quote, if you have any queries or questions you would like to ask please feel free to do so and we will try to help in any way we can.

Once you have decided that you are happy with the price of your order and you’d like to proceed, your deposit payment will be required to confirm your order and your slot in our upcoming schedule.

Upon this payment you will receive a receipt of payment via email.

Upon the receipt of your deposit payment, all of the relevant materials will be ordered and your slot will be booked in.

We will let you know when your materials arrive and we will also tell you as soon as we start to work on your order.

Throughout the building process you will receive regular updates on your order as well as pictures to keep you informed of where we are up to.

We also like to keep in touch with you throughout the process to keep you involved in the design process, your order is unique to you so its far better for you to be aware of every step we take.

We will let you know once your order is nearing completion, along with this we will also send pictures and also a video of your order so you can see the final result and confirm you are happy.

Once you are satisfied with your order and the works that have been done we will wrap up your order ready for delivery and send an invoice for final payment via email.

Upon receiving the final payment invoice we will request that this outstanding amount is paid before delivery can take place.

Once the outstanding amount has been settled we will send a receipt of payment and arrange delivery.

The final step! Once all payments have been made and delivery organised you can expect to receive your new furniture within 3-5 days of collection by courier from our workshop.

We’ll be sure to let you know once your order has left us.

All that’s left is to unwrap your order and enjoy it long into the future!
